Non-Refundable Products
- Once your order is confirmed and the IPTV account is offered and activated, we DO NOT offer returns or refunds. This is because IPTV codes are unique and cannot be resold.
Guarantee Period
- All products include a guarantee period. During this time, will replace or refund products in the case of damage or malfunction caused by the producer.
Refund or Replacement Conditions
- If we are unable to deliver the product for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
- If you receive an incorrect product or if the key code has not been activated, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- If the key code cannot be activated for an unknown reason, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. A refund or replacement will be issued after review.
